Rob Lynch, Chief Executive Officer

Rob Lynch is a proven technology executive with over 25 years of expertise launching and growing emerging companies in e-commerce B2B/B2C, fraud detection,supply chain, payments, data communications, IT and government. Prior to joining Innography in February 2008, Rob was president and CEO for both Austin, TX-based BetweenMarkets and ClearCommerce. He also served as president of Transfirst and held senior management positions at several other start-up and established companies, including NetSolve, Affiliated Computer Services and ADP. Rob has PD and MS degrees from Fordham University, and a BS degree from St. John’s University in New York City.

Tyron Stading, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Tyron Stading founded Innography in 2006 with a vision of redefining the intellectual property research landscape. As CTO, Tyron strives to continuously deliver the most comprehensive and robust user experience and business value. Prior to Innography, Tyron was an IBM worldwide industry solutions manager in the telecommunications and utilities sectors, and worked at startups focused on mobile communications and network security. He has published multiple patent research papers and filed over two dozen patents. Tyron has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MS in Science and Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin.

Doug Miller, Chief Marketing Officer

Doug Miller brings a wealth of experience and understanding of software markets to Innography, having held executive positions at 10 technology startups over the past 25 years, including BuildForge (IBM), Authoria, Hire.com, Dazel (HP), Powersoft (Sybase), Candle and Computer Corporate of America. Responsible for strategic marketing and channel development, Doug is focused on driving new markets and product enhancements to position Innography as a global leader in intellectual property business intelligence. Doug’s other interests are jump blues, photography and golfing.

Chris Busch, Vice President of Business Development

Chris Busch has over 25 years of extensive sales and business development expertise, and is responsible for developing Innography’s VAR partnerships and alternate distribution channels. Prior to joining Innography, Chris was CEO of QuotaVision and vice president of business development at Service911.com. He has also held senior leadership positions at Mercury Interactive, Oracle and Computer Corporation of America. In addition, Chris spent eight years at the University of Houston as an adjunct marketing lecturer, where he founded the Program for Excellence in Selling for its Bauer College of Business and received a BS degree in Accounting.

Karoline McLaughlin, Director of Marketing

Karoline McLaughlin is a senior marketing leader with over 15 years of technology expertise spanning software, hardware and services. Prior to joining Innography, she launched and led the global corporate marketing efforts for LifeSize, the pioneer in high definition video communications. Her proficiencies include corporate communications, product positioning, brand development, go-to-market strategies and demand creation. Karoline has also held high-profile marketing and sales positions at Tivoli/IBM, Symantec, Hire.com, TippingPoint and MegaPath. She received a BS degree from San Jose State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Jim Currie, Vice President of Sales

Jim Currie has an extensive sales career that spans more than 15 years. Most recently he was vice president of sales and operations at Hoovers, where he was responsible for growing SMB sales revenue and expanding the company’s base of loyal customers. During his 10 year tenure at Hoovers, Jim served in a number of different leadership roles focused on customer training and service, loyalty marketing, account services and acquisitions, helping to increase revenues from $1.5 million per year to over $85 million per year. Prior to joining Hoover’s, he was a field sales account executive and held several call center sales positions for MCI. Jim has both a BA and MA in Economics from the University of Delaware.
